Waiting list announcement

Approximately 120 tickets were put on sale for the March 9th dotMD 2018 meeting on November 3rd and sold out very quickly.

Due to the large number of email queries received requesting tickets, we decided to put in place a formal waiting list.

That waiting list has now reached over 150. As only 30 tickets remain, those tickets will be offered to those on that waiting list on a ‘first come –  first served’ basis during the week of December 3rd – 10th.

It is likely that there will be an additional announcement of places for 10 medical student scholars at a later date.

We had planned to put the remaining tickets on sale on Saturday December 2nd but given the unexpected demand, and existing waiting list, are not in a position to do so.

We appreciate that many will be disappointed but once the venue is sold out (spaces are limited) there’s nothing we can do satisfy demand.
